Ever wonder what a 1920s party was really like? Well, coming to Pourhouse, this year’s packet pick up for CitySolve Urban Race Minneapolis, is like stepping into a time machine. The top floor of Pourhouse with its velvet wall, wooden tables, flapper girl murals, and a stage where “flapper girls” can dance on looks just like the 1920s speakeasy. What’s more is that the top floor has a variety of games such as adult-sized Jenga, three bars, restroom with prison decorated doors, and even a hideaway bar behind a vintage bookcase doorway!
But that’s not all the Pourhouse has in store for everyone. Not only does the first floor have a huge 300 inch HD screen as well as 30 other flat screen televisions throughout the bar but also live bands, DJs, and “bandaoke,” which is karaoke with a full band, to satisfy a wide range entertainment preferences. And if that’s not enough, there is a back alley patio bar that offers several games including pool, hammerschlagen, bean bags, and more.
Don’t even get me started on the food! Pourhouse serves a colorful array of cocktails and delicious, jaw dropping entrees such as spicy buffalo wings and juicy burgers that will fill up your empty stomach! But reading this article doesn’t do its justice. You’ll have to actually go to Pourhouse to actually experience the fun!
So come join us on June 13th 5 to 7 pm! Don’t forget to check out Poorhouse’s website for specials and promotions and get your tickets for CitySolve Urban Race Minneapolis.
