Be Good to Your Employees

There is no way I would be where I am today with out the help of others. This statement holds true for me and my employees: Arielle Scott, Daniel Duan and Alice Perez. They are great workers because we have great communication, they feel valued (they’re not afraid to make mistakes) and I treat them well (I bought them a birthday cake…all their b-days happen to be in February).

Remember, you’re not better than your employees. Let them know this. They’ll go the extra mile and be happy to do it because they like you
