I get so emotional, baby…

The sixth leg of the race was one of the most emotional parts of the Luke and Cara become overwhelmed by the poverty in India. I agree, it is very sad to see animals and children eating garbage and running around in these terrible conditions

ROAD BLOCK
Care for Camel - a member must feed a camel hay and water using traditional tools (brute force will win this)

Sixty-eight year old Mel severely struggled with Care for Camel. He should not have done it for his, but you don’t know what the task is until you select a member.

DETOUR
Movers -teams must pedal about a mile carrying large barrels of hay. When they reach their destination teams must find an elephant charm. (This one looks way too hard).

Shakers - team must put make-up and a traditional garment and then perform for tips. When they collect 100 Rupees then are free to go :) (Not to be sexist, but it would totally help being an attractive female. I wouldn’t do so hot here.)

SPEED BUMP - Christie and Jodi had to paint an elephant for a traditional ceremony. This didn’t look so tough.

This leg of the race was a non-elimination leg. Here’s how they finished: 1. Tammy & Victor (ocean kayak); 2. Mel & Mike; 3. Kisha & Jen; 4. Margie & Luke; 5. Jaime & Cara; 6. Mark & Michael; 7. Christie & Jodi - eliminated (Jodi will be at our Austin race on Aprill 11th!)

I correctly guessed Tammy & Victor, Jaime & Cara, Mark & Michael and Christie & Jodi (4 out of 7, not too bad)

Here’s how I think they’ll finish next week:
1. Tammy & Victor (my pick to win)
2. Kisha & Jen (I really hope these two win; not a fan of Victor)
3. Margie & Luke
4. Mel & Mike
5. Jaime & Cara
6. Mark & Michael - eliminated

Next week Margie faints due to lack of water and the excessive heat!
