Do or do not, there is no TRI
This weekend I’m heading to Lake San Antonio (about 3 hours south of San Francisco) to go camping, but mainly as support for my friend Tey as he runs back-to-back triathlons. The first TRI (on Saturday) is sprint distance and number two (on Sunday) is a half Iron Man. Yeah, he’s pretty much crazy!
