My eyes are bigger than my stomach


Over the past 4 weeks I’ve been on a healthy kick trying to loose weight, gain muscle and eat better. The hardest thing for me was changing my diet. I didn’t even know where to begin. I’ve made to two major changes:

1. began eating BIGGER breakfasts (it’s hard when you don’t eat eggs, but I do like meat)
2. eat Clif Bars for lunch (filling and about 300 calories)
3. 2-3 serving of fruits (breakfast, lunch and a snack…recently discovered that I like bananas)
