The Beltway is not just for politicos anymore! CitySolve Urban Race DC was crazier than election year TV ads!
The race kicked off at high noon at our host site, Lucky Strike Lanes! Teams had no idea what was in store, but were ready for some thrilling action and many were dressed the part.
Teams participated in an amazing Dark Shadows matching game where they had to guess the stars of the new Johnny Depp flick with the original cast of the 1960′s TV show. So fun! But wait, that’s not all… racers were treat to the delicious goodness Pitango Gelato as a reward for finding a checkpoint! Woohoo!
Teams had The Amazing Race fever when they were told they must sell One Brick key chains on the street. One Brick is the official charity of CitySolve Urban Race DC. All the proceeds of this activity went to benefit the good deeds of One Brick. SWEET!
The top three teams finished within 5 minutes of each other! What an exciting finish to an amazing race! We can’t wait until next year, Washington, DC!
